  1. I had never had any problems with Booking either, but it is also true that I had never had to cancel a reservation a week in advance like this month of September. The conditions of my reservation were that if I canceled my reservation on that date they would charge me the 30% of the reservation, up to that point. This was written up to three times. That's another one, what I wanted was a date change but the page wouldn't let me. I finally made the trip in October, but in another hotel and I didn't book it with Booking.com. I am very angry because after several claims that have bored me because they send me the same papers over and over again, because after more than two months they have not resolved anything, what's more, they ignore me. What makes me angry is that they bully me and I know that all companies work like this but it is not acceptable to justify them.     • Several months ago I have been the victim of fraud through Booking.com. They are providing data to fraudulent establishments that get into your bank account and make charges without your consent.

      He booked an establishment in Venice, since he was going to take a trip there in a few weeks. The person in charge of the establishment contacts me and tells me that I have to confirm my card details in booking. I make this confirmation and soon I realize that they have made 5 charges that are withheld from the amount of the establishment. In addition, the bank sends me an SMS that I am suffering from fraud. That when they will charge me the amounts, they will return it to me and that they will reserve in another better establishment. Come on, they don't take charge of anything.

      Weeks ago I sent the email they requested with all the pertinent documentation and I have not received a response.
      They scammed me for a total of €480, 5 times €96, which was what the establishment cost me. No, the hotel ends up executing the collection and many times it doesn't even know what booking was offering through its platform. You go to claim and they do nothing, they have misleading policies, zero transparent for the client.     • Booking has had me for two months sending emails and making phone calls.
      The accommodation after I paid, I canceled the reservation and they kept the money.   13. Several weeks ago I have been the victim of fraud through Booking.com. They are providing data to fraudulent establishments that get into your bank account and make charges without your consent.

    He booked an establishment in Venice, since he was going to take a trip there in a few weeks. The person in charge of the establishment contacts me and tells me that I have to confirm my card details in booking. I make this confirmation and soon I realize that they have made 5 charges that are withheld from the amount of the establishment. In addition, the bank sends me an SMS that I am suffering from fraud.     With all this, this same day I contact booking which tells me that it is a fraudulent establishment that other clients had already complained about. That when they will charge me the amounts, they will return it to me and that they will reserve in another better establishment. Come on, they don't take charge of anything.

    Once the charges are made, I contact booking and they tell me to send an email with a bank document in which they do not take charge. I provide the documentation and they tell me that they will answer all this via chat.

    Weeks ago I sent the email they requested with all the pertinent documentation and I have not received a response.
    They scammed me for a total of €480, 5 times €96, which was what the establishment cost me. And they have not been able to take charge of having given my personal and bank details to fraudulent people so that they commit a crime against me. I have made the complaint but finally I will have to make it against booking as they are the ones who provided my data to those establishments without making sure that it was safe.
    They have also lost a genius client who made reservations with them several times a year, but I will choose to do it in another way so as not to suffer this kind of fraud against myself.

I confirm the room and, after entering the bank card details, they send me the final details of the reservation, already firm and without the possibility of cancellation, and for €255.
    Put in contact with "customer neglect", they ask me for all kinds of evidence that, luckily, I have. Screenshots and proofs included. Once everything has been sent and it is clear that the room was contracted at a lower price than charged, they give me in three different communications and from three different people, contradictory, disparate, ridiculous and absurd arguments, so as not to recognize their mistake. I have already processed the claim in front of the European consumer defense office.
    What I will certainly do from now on is consult its extensive, comfortable and quality database, and when making a reservation, call the establishment directly.     • a Inicios de Octubre realice una compra de atracción, realizaron el cargo por parte de booking a mi tarjeta de forma inmediata, pero nunca enviaron los tickets, no tenia números de confirmación ni aparecía nada en la app, contacte con los representantes de booking por medio de correo electrónico para solicitar me enviaran mis tickets, informando que ya tenia el cargo en mi tarjeta mas no asi los boletos, a lo que ellos me pedían el numero de confirmación de la reserva, respodi que no me enviaron esa información ni aparecía en mi cuenta, siendo así que no tenían ellos tampoco en ese momento nada en su sistema, entonces sin obtener ninguna solución por parte de ellos en varios correos y respuestas tuve que pagar mi acceso a la atracción nuevamente directamente en el sitio, entonces ya pasado el día de la reserva se reflejo en mi cuenta la compra como reservacion vencida, levante un reclamo donde les decía que no pude utilizar esos boletos porque no me los mandaron y salieron reflejados los datos en la cuenta hasta después de que ya estaba vencida y solicitando un reembolso o que se hicieran responsables porque ellos si me habían cobrado en el momento, cosa que me respondieron, sin ninguna prueba al respecto, que se había enviado la información por correo al momento de la compra, pero yo digo si eso fuera realidad podrían haber accedido a la la confirmación en su sistema al momento que les solicite mis tickets el día de la reservacion y era ovio que no contaban con la información en ese momento, me pareció una pésima atención, falta de responsabilidad por parte de esta empresa, por lo que decidi cerrar mi cuenta en esa plataforma y no podria recomendar a nadie que la utilizara pues deja mucho que desear, ahora leyendo todos sus comentarios veo que no es algo nuevo que realicen esta clase de engaños y se queden con el dinero de sus usuarios sin escrupulos.
